If you’ve forgotten your password or can no longer access your account, the Password Recovery feature allows you to securely reset it.

Resetting Your Password

1. Request a Recovery Link

• Navigate to the Access Recovery page.

• Enter the email address associated with your YIS account.

• Click Send recovery link.

📧 What happens next?
You will receive an email with a secure link to reset your password. This link is time-limited for security purposes.

2. Set a New Password

Once you open the recovery link from your email, you’ll be redirected to the password reset form:

• New Password: Enter your new password.

• Confirm New Password: Re-enter the password to confirm.

• Use the eye icon to toggle password visibility if needed.

• Click Save to complete the process.

If both fields match and meet security requirements, your password will be successfully updated.

Important Notes

• Make sure to enter the email address used during registration.

• The recovery link is valid for a limited time (usually 24 hours).

• Your new password must be different from your previous password and follow platform security standards.

After Reset

Once your password has been reset:

• You’ll be redirected to the Sign In page.

• Use your new password to log in securely.
